The primary intent of the United States Constitution was to create a Representative Republic amongst its united states that lays its true powers into the hands of the People. The People exercise those powers when they vote and duly elect their leaders in safe, secure and fair elections. As an elected leader, I will always support policies that continue to insure this happens.
