Having studies history and the principles upon which our govt was formed, I am a fervent believer in our democratic process. To further my awareness of how the system works, I volunteered in 2020 and saw democracy in action. It was only later that Jan 6 threatened my sense of security. I believe we need to ensure all Americans are aware and informed about the political processes we have established here at home.
