The efforts to erode trust in out elections led directly to two insurrection attempts on January 6, 2021. America is, and must be, stronger than that. We do not need a dictator to "fix" our republic, nor should we seek to suspend the Constitution in any way. I swore an oath as a Marine to protect and defend the Constitution and a core part of that defense is ensuring that our elections are not only free and secure but that the laws guiding the process are clear and unassailable.
